New Hope Baptist Church Children's Ministry
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ wants to have a personal relationship with every child and that it is our responsibility as the Church to reach children with the Gospel message. Our children’s ministry provides an atmosphere in which every child feels loved and valued. With our teaching, we strive to lay the foundation for having a genuine relationship with Christ. We help each child to grow in knowledge and understanding of that relationship through Bible training and simple practice of Christian principles.
Children's Ministry
Wordwise Bible Club
Sunday - 3:30pm
Wordwise Bible club is offered on Sunday afternoons for those ages 5-11. It serves as the foundation of the children's ministry as it seeks to reach, teach, and help boys and girls to know Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and to grow in their walk with him.
Fun Fridays
Friday - 6:30pm
As a reward for the children who faithfully attend the Wordwise Bible club we have a fun and games time on Friday Evenings.
Summer Camp
Each summer we take a group from our children's ministry to summer camp, it is the highlight of the year for many children. They get the opportunity to take part in games, crafts and special activities. Most importantly they hear God's Word preached and are helped as they seek to strengthen their personal walk with the Lord.
